My family and I were doing a private transaction of some family property and did not list our property for sale. Margie Stafford with Advantage Real Estate got knowledge of our transaction and went on my parents property uninvited and attempted to make contact and meet with my mother about the sale of her property claiming she had a buyer all while our property was never listed. People Margie is associated with also contacted the title company multiple times making demands to attempt to stop the private transaction. Mrs. Stafford had no business being on our property or being involved in any attempts to sell our property. If you’re looking for honesty , transparency and integrity stay far far away.
