The Palms at Edgewater

I had the opportunity over the weekend to visit someone who lives here, and I was really impressed with the community. The amenities stood out right away — especially the pickleball area and the fire pit, which create a welcoming, social atmosphere. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed. I met the property manager walking her dog and she was really sweet, so I would encourage you to go talk to her about renting an apartment.

Wonderful well kept landscaping, apartments were spacious. Grills, dog park, pool exe.. so much to do might want to check it out yourself. Also I will like to give thanks to Brooklyn their friendly receptionist.

I want to sincerely thank Christine for going above and beyond to help me. While it took a few days of phone calls to the property. I finally reached Christine, she was extremely understanding, helpful, responsive, and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. I truly appreciated her dedication and support, and overall had a very positive experience.

Absolutely love the hospitality we received when going for a tour. Brooklyn is a superstar! She is so passionate and patient. Really helpful too❤️

This property under the new manager, Christine Todd has been changed in the fact that her and the entire team care for the property and the professionalism under her management shows. I would definitely put this on the top of my list when considering a move.
