HOA and management company are robbing us blind every year. We don’t have any amenities but we sure are paying ~$400/mo and the HOA still doesn’t have a reserve fund therefore, they are charging us a lovely special assessment of ~$5000/townhome. Please come live here if you want to be screwed by our lovely HOA.
Charged me $150 in fees for an imaginary “Charcoal Grill” when I’ve owned a Traeger Pellet grill the entire time I’ve lived in this property. They refuse to “waive the fees” when I again have never owned a charcoal grill.
