The Odeon at South Market

I watched the Odeon being built from the ground up, and was one of the first residents to move in. After that very first tour, in a hard hat no less, I knew that I wanted to live there. The Odeon is very well constructed, quiet, safe, with top-notch amenities in arguably the best location in New Orleans. It is well-managed, and rules are enforced, which I really appreciate. The Odeon’s finest attribute, in my opinion, is the staff; they have been accommodating, responsive and very kind to me. Is the Odeon perfect? No, but any minor quibbles that I might have pale in comparison to anywhere else I have lived in New Orleans. At the end of the day, when all is said and done, I am very happy to call the Odeon home.

This is an altogether wonderful place to live-- at once upscale and cozy. The amenities, from gym to pool to outdoor kitchen to lounge, are exceptional. The staff are consistently respectful and suppportive. The concierge service is uniquely attentive and accommodating.

Amazing place, love the building but I especially love their gym. Top quality equipment, lots of different tools to workout and always organized and clean.

Have only been lucky enough to be a guest at the Odeon… best view in NOLA, large windows throughout, beautiful amenities deck!!! Awesome, walkable location to great restaurants, bars and groceries!!!

We recently renewed our lease for another year at The Odeon and can't say enough about the property and the management team there. Perfectly located in the CBD and walkable to Rouses, many restaurants, and we just discovered a great wine store nearby as well. The team is incredibly responsive and what few maintenance requests we've had were handled either same day or within 24 hours. We don't live there full time and package delivery and housekeeping is handled - it's been a great experience!
