The Oasis at Highwoods Preserve

We have lived in various apartments in the Tampa Palms area since 2012. The Oasis at Highwoods Preserve has been by far, above, and beyond any apartment complex we have lived in. We've been here about a year and a half now and have enjoyed every day of it. The property is always clean and aesthetically pleasing, as the maintenance staff is always going around picking up anything that doesn't belong. The maintenance team as a whole is top-notch and very quick to resolve any maintenance issue that arises. The front office staff is always pleasant and friendly. Once again, the maintenance team works like a well oiled machine. Fast to respond, efficient in their actions to resolve and friendly, courteous professionals all the time..!! Great job fellas..!!!

I recently moved from out of state, and our family has been living here at OASIS for about a month. Before coming to Florida, I was a little concerned about bugs, since they are so common in the area. To my relief, the community here is extremely clean and well-maintained. The maintenance team has been especially impressive—efficient, professional, and responsive. Shortly after we moved in, the AC in our main bedroom stopped working. The team treated it as an emergency and came right away after my call. They not only fixed the issue but also took the time to explain how the AC system works and helped adjust it to dehumidify properly. Their professionalism and care really stood out. Positive Aspects: The community is very clean and well-maintained. With only seven buildings, maintenance requests are handled quickly. Rules are enforced strictly, which helps maintain order. It’s a very quiet community. Negative Aspects: There is no designated play area for kids. Walls are quite thin, so noise travels easily between rooms. If you have young kids (around 3–4 years old) who aren’t into screens, it can be challenging. Any tapping or jumping sounds can disturb neighbors. Noise from tapping on walls can be heard on both upper and lower floors. Most tenants value peace and quiet, so even minor disturbances can lead to complaints—and in extreme cases, police involvement. Any damage is charged to the tenant. A wonderful place to live in! We are a family of 3 , staying in this property for more than 2 years now and we are extremely satisfied. The upkeep of the property, interaction with the staff, the amenities, everything we care for have remained top notch throughout our stay. This is also very well located with a lot of major brands nearby. One trivia, the internet package they provide come with all major streaming platforms bundled , that’s a big bonus !!

James and Chris are the most efficient, professional and fast maintenance tag team I have ever seen. In the few times I have needed urgent assistance from the maintenance staff, I have been helped in under an hour. Exceptional maintenance is so hard to come by, yet the team at Oasis shows how maintained should be executed! I would go 10 stars if I could, thanks maintenance team!
