One of the best things you can do to make buying your home as easy as possible is to have good rapport with your lending agent. We got that and more with Senior Lending Agent, Peggy Dunn!! My husband and I were working out of the state when we finally found our perfect home. Peggy made the loan process super simple and we were in constant contact with her via phone or text when we couldn’t be there in person. She worked with us every step of the way to make sure we had all the needed documents in the appropriate time frame and to make sure we both understood all the important papers before signing to get the loan. Debbie was referred to me when I was shopping for a mortgage. After walking in off the street without an appointment I was treated very kindly by the front desk administrative assistant.
