I had to move to the area and rent a place site unseen. They were able to understand exactly what I was looking for and found THE best place I could imagine. It fit everyone of my needs! I only had a couple instances where I needed something fixed and they where on it right away. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you PPMS for showing how it's done.

Fixed things in a timely matter, made easy to manage through portal.

This place is a joke. Charges you gor everything and nothing gets fixed when you send a request. Also they charge you another deposit when your lease is up. A whole new pet deposit and new everything. I've already paid this and was going to fo a month to month. Could never get any answers to come a fix stuff. Then watch out they will sign you up for auto pay with out your consent. This company is a rip off. When talking to yhe owner he had no idea the sprinler system was broke. Kim never told him about that. This place just is awful
