Had a really great experience in this apartment thanks to Emma! The management is very responsive and quick! Even the maintenance Lito, he went above and beyond when we had a problem! I have nothing to complain here! If I were to live in Co Spring in the future, I’d definitely choose this apartment again!

I’m a delivery driver and I love delivering to Monroe because Emma is absolutely incredible. She is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My first day delivering here she took the time to show me how to properly deliver packages into their parcel lockers to make sure the residents packages stay safe. Now, whenever I’m delivering here, I always stop by the office just to chat with her because she’s such a positive, friendly person. Honestly, as soon as my current lease is up, Monroe Apartments will be the first place I apply to; mainly because of the experience I’ve had with Emma

Honestly some of the best staff I've interacted with! Emma and Lito are so helpful and kind (would give 10 stars if I could). Their responses are quick, professional and they truly care about the property and their residents. Been here for a few months now and have nothing to complain about; they make you feel welcome here!

"First impressions count" Emma is absolutely amazing. She is very professional, friendly and helpful. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure I could call the Monroe apartments my new home. She made the process less stressful given all the bumps I kept running into. The grounds are well kept and the inside of the apartments are very nice and updated. Excited to move in. ***Update*** Moved in March 31.. I feel like I made the best choice by moving here. Maintenance is on top of problems you report, Emma is definitely an amazing property manager she keeps you updated with emails and calls if something is needing to be addressed or scheduled. the grounds are well kept, absolutely love it here.. It's very quiet, comfortable and overall safe.

I toured this apartment community with the Property Manager Emma, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we started, Emma was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of the property. What really stood out to me was how many current residents stopped to greet Emma—and even me—as we walked through the community. It spoke volumes about the welcoming atmosphere and the strong relationships she’s built with the people who live here. The property was well-maintained, peaceful, and full of great amenities.
