We moved here from NH in November and have received outstanding service from day 1. There is always a learning curve when everything is new to you but they have assisted us in each nuance as it has come up. Maintenance is very helpful and responsive with each request. The key is to be clear when a need is urgent and when it’s not urgent. The office staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. They do not treat us nor our questions as trivial but we feel quite welcomed. The other residents are also friendly and gracious. We love the close proximity to retail and yet the location is not on the busyness of the main thoroughfare. Using the traffic lights correctly means everything when navigating around. I lived at The Mills for three years. The property’s biggest advantage is its location, close to Aldi, pharmacies, and other nearby businesses, which makes day-to-day errands very convenient. During my time there, the property changed management several times, which led to high turnover among staff, including managers, leasing agents, and maintenance crews. Jeri was by far the most professional and competent team member I encountered, but unfortunately she has since left. The new staff claim everyone was fired due to lack of morale. Sad that they think their staff are disposable. One ongoing frustration was how difficult it could be to reach the office staff by phone for basic inquiries. They often seemed more focused on showings for prospective residents than on being available to curr

I really loved the location and was interested in touring the apartments. When I walked into the leasing office, the staff were sitting in front of the fireplace on their phones, and no one acknowledged me when I entered. After I asked about a tour, one staff member looked up, rolled his eyes, and returned to his phone. If this is how potential renters are treated, I would be concerned about how residents are treated.

We moved in a few months ago and have loved it here. Maintenance has been quick to respond when we've needed them, and the management team are great! Donovan and Jordan deserve a special mention for all their hard work! We are very grateful. The property is clean and well-kept. Great location, super close to just about anything you'd need.

Donovan is an incredible Assistant property manager! He is very knowledgeable about the property and helped me so much! Jordan is fantastic and Ainsley is the sweetest!
