They’re prompt, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of quickly and correctly. Whether it’s a small fix or a more involved repair, they handle it with skill and a great attitude. The front office is also a pleasure to deal with. Jenna is super helpful, friendly, and responsive. I've lived here for a while now, and I can honestly say the staff here make all the difference. I especially want to acknowledge Mike and Michael in maintenance—these two are incredible! They're always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely friendly. Whether it’s a routine repair or an unexpected issue, they show up with a great attitude and get the job done right. Jenna in the office is equally amazing. She’s always welcoming, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure residents feel heard and supported. Whether I’ve had questions about my lease, needed help with a package, or just stopped by the office, Jenna has always been kind and efficient. Living here feels a lot better knowing there are staff that truly care about the residents.

I have lived at this property since 2014. It is great place to live. Lots to do, close to nice restaurants and shopping. The train is steps away. The one thing that always stands out to me is the staff. Jenna, the manger is awesome and always helpful. She knows the property inside and out. The rest of the staff is always in constant motion throughout the property. They either are helping a tenant or making sure that the property is in tip top shape. I always feel good coming home and calling Metropolitan Wynnewood Home.
