Second post to bring awareness to anyone considering The Villages of Lancaster Green. I feel disgusted living at this Apartment complex. My apartment has 2 bathrooms that keep flooding with sewer water. Water seeping around both toilets. I had to throw away 6 towels plus both rug sets due to the sewage smell that would not wash out. Safety is a major concern with a shooting across from my building. The main entrance lights in the corridor are out so it's dark coming into my building. There are no lights outside to give added security for the tenets. I'm contacting the Housing Authority and also an attorney. RP Management Inc. is who owns Lancaster Green and additional apartment complexes due your research before renting from this company. I truly am paying for not doing mine.

Macungie village needs a complete overhaul of staff and apartments. I love how they say move in ready yet we had to clean it all when we moved in, the dishwasher was broke upon moving in,(but was told it's fine note the picture the water wouldn't drain) decks look like they are ready to fall apart, birds living above the living room and bedroom windows and all of their droppings are covering the windows, rain not going in the gutter but between the roof and the gutter, fridge broke a few months within living there, no cold water in the washer, etc. You get the idea. The office staff says they care but always has an excuse or reason by saying oh next week or I was just about to email you on the matter. The rent isn't cheap and this place at best has had things working 75 percent of the time

Again our new property manager smokes right near the entrance. But the people that live here hands to be away from the buildings. She keeps smoking right near the door. I complained before and she went to the road to smoke. A month later she is back smoking by the entrance. I don't smoke. And hate that smell.

I currently live at Fairmount Park Apartments, and my experience has been frustrating. The property looks run-down, and maintenance is a serious issue. My A/C hasn’t been working properly, and despite putting in multiple requests, it still hasn’t been fixed. To make things worse, maintenance has entered my apartment without leaving any kind of door tag or notice. That’s completely unacceptable — residents deserve to know when someone’s been inside their home. Another issue is how work orders are handled. Instead of keeping each request separate so I can track what’s being completed, everything gets lumped together in the portal. This makes it nearly impossible to know what’s been done and what’s still pending. There’s no transparency or accountability. There’s very little communication

I am a licensed real estate agent living in Spring Ridge Apartments located in Whitehall,Pa. I have moved here 3/1/2025 and have not been able to breathe fresh air since I moved here due to O11 cigarette smoking. I have knocked I’m all my neighbors door to confirm who is doing the smoking and O10 & O21 said they smell the cigarette smoke too that it’s coming from O11. I saw a guy going into the house with a cigarette smoking it. Management claimed she was going to do an inspection in everyone’s unit which she did not complete. Every time I go to the office she is either sitting on the desk or on her phone having personal conversations. She does the bare minimum and as a real estate agent I am disappointed and disgusted that she is in charge of this complex when she never returns calls and
