The McLeod Company

Rude, inflexible customer service. Apparently, the former rental company just sold the property to this company and didn't give him the correct/all the information so he's taking it out on the college students and their parents. Matthew McLeod made an error and left my son off the email and I was simply trying to follow up and pay his rent. He informed me of all of the inconvenient changes to the payments and didn't apologize for his error, nor thank me for my follow up. He was awful to me and even mocked me. This is the first review I've ever written as I typically get along with everyone.

We purchased a remodeled home from this company a year ago and it has been a disaster. Poor quality workmanship and materials, corners were cut whenever possible and it will be over $30,000 in repairs before we are done. We knew better than to buy from them. We had heard of their reputation, but lost our senses in a desperate moment. DONT buy from this company!
