A great friend of mine recommended Mark. From the beginning Mark went above and beyond to help us. My family and I were moving from the DMV area down to Colorado. Mark knew we would only have 1 chance to really look at houses in person due to the timeline of our move. He took the time to make YouTube videos for us to look at homes prior to our arrival so no time would be wasted. We thought we were set on a new construction but after a few days I felt like the new construction was just not for us. Mark did an AMAZING job helping my husband and I move from out of state. We knew nothing about the area or had any idea how to buy a house and Mark gave us great advice and answered all of our questions. Mark and his team are excellent. They quickly helped me find a good deal on a new investment property. All was done remotely as this was an out of state transaction.
