The Marine Residence

Danielle is the best apartment complex manager in Memphis, bar none. She cares about her residents in ways that go above and beyond other property managers. Danielle organizes all sorts of events and activities for the residents, from gatherings in vacant units to watch the sunset, to pumpkin carving contests, to cookouts to celebrate the beginning of summer. She knows every single person and pet by name (and unit!) who lives at TMR, and goes out of her way to make sure they feel happy and at home. Beyond Danielle, the property is beautiful and comfortable, which is such a testament to the developer Lauren Crews, who spent so much time and love on these buildings. After living here for over a year, I can confidently say that I absolutely adore this building. Its pet friendly community, as well as its close proximity to the park, makes it absolutely perfect for my two dogs. I love my apartment’s unique floor plan and the buildings community pool is absolutely lovely in these hot Memphis summers. I could not recommend the marine residence more!!!!

This apartment community is more than just an apartment complex to us. The Marine Residence really feels like home. From the moment we toured the building and the apartments, we knew that this was the right location for us. Great proximity to downtown, but it is far enough away for a bit of peace and quiet. Great pet friendly community with a great park across the street for your dog and exercise. The attention to detail in the construction is amazing, and the office and maintenance team are very responsive. Danielle, Carol and the office staff are awesome to work with professionally, and they are always open to thought/suggestions from residents about how to enhance our experience living here. Look no further! This is a great place to live.

I recently moved into the Marine Residences. I was looking to break the lease I was in for a better living situation, and this complex has not yet disappointed. The grounds are well maintained, the units are unique and well laid out, the property is quiet, safe and secure, and Danielle is extremely friendly and responsive. All of the tenants are easy going and friendly, and everyone has dogs! I am very pleased with my decision to move here. 100% recommend!

Gated, quiet and close to downtown! I've lived here for 3 months now and almost everyone of the tenants I've met has been incredibly nice! The staff is very responsive to any issue that has come up. This is an old, historic building so it's expected to have a few hiccups here and there. But it's a small price to pay to live in such an interesting location that's pet friendly, affordable, unique and close to parks, the Mississippi River and downtown Memphis. I've never felt unsafe here. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Plus we are right next door to the Metal Museum and Chickasaw Heritage Park!
