Developers come into an area and don't give two cents about the impact if cramming houses onto a remote property. The development is displacing all of the animals that live in that area. We are seeing more deer and other wildlife running from the noise. Did the developer do anything to improve the ability to travel through area? NO Did they consider what happens when you add hundreds of house on top of each other at a railroad crossing and one red light? NO Did our county leaders do anything to control this ? NO Will the developers still live in their relative isolation on a giant property in Magnolia and not be left to deal with the Consequences? YES The development next door has 4-5 acres lots.
