I’ve been looking into custom home options in the Huntsville area, and my experience with Design Tech Homes has been amazing. The homes are well thought out, the craftsmanship is solid, and the team has been easy to work with and straightforward in conversations. We have had several turn key homes built over the years with nothing but headaches, the builder telling us we can't do that, etc... When I was referred to DTH and we attended Mike's seminar on building your custom home, we knew that we found the builder for our last home. The entire team at DTH are true professionals and made this process fun and unforgettable. From sales, to design, to build, the team we worked with loved their job and that is hard to find these days. I felt that we made some friendships along the way too. Just toured the DTH model home at the Grand Ranch Estates--this house is amazing and made me want to build again with Design Tech. We already built the Timbergrove model with DTH back in 2021 at Republic Grand Ranch, and my wife said we were not ever moving again, until she saw this DTH model at GRE. This house is so open and inviting and flows so elegantly perfect from front to back. The outdoor kitchen blends perfectly with the large window between this inside and outside kitchen areas--and the 5x5 window opens for fresh air and communication between the inside and outside kitchen areas.
