The Madison

i give this place 4 stars ONLY because we have had some incidents recently with my husbands things stolen.. other than that i do really enjoy living here it’s been 2 years since we moved in and management is sooo helpful and friendly. They worked with us when our things were stolen which i 100% appreciate! maintenance also gets things done within a reasonable time. We overall absolutely love living here. It could use a dog park and small playground given all the pets and children that live here but nonetheless a beautiful place. just be mindful that it does get loud with the car wash, cars in the morning going to pt, gardeners on certain days, etc. but i personally never cared. Also my bottom neighbors are absolute angels and don’t mind us at all everyone i have encountered (except a few)

I've lived at the Madison for about 18 months, and highly recommend it for anyone looking to rent a clean, quiet, and comfortable apartment in the area. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised and shown in online pictures, and was very clean on first arrival. Some of the things we love most are the high ceilings, open living room and dining room, large glass door to the balcony, in-unit laundry closet, and a very large pantry! The staff has been wonderful and are always pleasant to work with. We had our water heater stop working, and it was replaced almost immediately, within a single hour. All of our needs and requests have been met promptly, and the team does a good job of informing residents of upcoming maintenance and routine checks, while being very accommodating in regards

Just moved out of the Madison Apartments after living there 18 months. The staff is very kind and quick with responses and getting issues resolved (during office hours). The amenities are nice and include being in a gated community, one covered parking space (I was in a 1 bedroom, could be more for more rooms but I'm not certain), a pool, and a small gym. I moved in during COVID so I didn't get to use the latter two and didn't desire to when they reopened. The security deposit is roughly $300 but since I'd had no rental history prior I had to pay 2 security deposits. When moving out however, you may not see all that returned to you because all of the cleaning fees are deducted from the deposit after moving out and these costs total $270. This place has been amazing for me and my family. I have been pleased with the front office. I have lived here twice and both times I have gotten lots of help. The maintenance team has always responded quickly. If I ever move back to wa and need an apartment will 100 percent move back in

Lived here for about 2 1/2 years and it was great. First the location is very convenient. Less than 5 minutes away from the highway northbound or southbound. 15 minutes away from JBLM with moderate traffic. Lacey also offer all your needs (Walmart & Costco, Popular fast food joints and chains, Medical offices, Salons, shopping, Movie theaters and Entertainment, Bars etc etc). The community is also a safe area compared to others, and you can often find regular police patrols which offer great peace of mind. There's a convenient non contact & self serve car wash right outside the gate; this is a gated complex. The compound is kept clean and well groomed. The units are great especially for the price.
