The M on Hennepin

Look no further, this place is great. Moved in with my fiancee eight months ago and everything is as advertised. The apartment is pristine and spacious, cleaning staff have the elevators and hallways spotless several times a week, its secure, other tenants are friendly, the super, Jeff, is a great guy, and if there's an issue maintenance is on it. The rooftop patio is nice, although I wish the gym had windows. Great access to the neighborhood. There's not much else to say! Recommend.

Edit 7 months later-still loving our home-Dion, Kyle, Jeffrey & Stephanie are all new staff and exceeding all expectations! The on site caretaker Morgan is always cleaning and making the common areas well polished and inviting. The neighborhood is unbeatable with everything you could possibly need within walking distance. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get in touch with the leasing office for over a week now with no response. We’ve called all three phone numbers listed on their website, left voicemails, submitted a tour request form, emailed, and texted — all during regular business hours. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we even showed up in person on a Saturday at 11:15AM, only to find the office locked and unreachable, even through the call box, which sent us straight to voicemail again. We were really excited to tour this place and possibly make it our new home, but if this is how they communicate with prospective tenants, I can only imagine how lackluster it must be for current residents.

The M on Hennepin has very nice affordable luxury apartments. The lobby is warm and well-appointed; and the staff are friendly and helpful. Other residents of who live at The M are very nice, decent people.

From the first day; I visited the M On Hennepin and met Margaret and Lauren, I had a very good feeling that this was where I wanted to live. After my tour, I had a number of questions that I emailed over to them. It never took more than an hour or so to receive replies back. Their professionalism was and continues to be of the highest caliber. This level of service continued right through the move in. They coordinated with me to insure that the move in was seamless and ran smooth. Since that time; the "M Team" consisting of David (maintenance tech), Jake (Bldg Mgr) and of course; Margaret and Lauren have made life here pleasant and easy. I can honestly say; that this has been the best experience I have ever had in any community that I have lived in here in the Twin Cities. I would very muc
