The Lofts at Woodside Mill Apartments

I would like to start out by saying we are a family with three young kids and a dog. Our experience will be much different than someone who lives alone/a couple. If you don’t have kids or roommates I would recommend these apartments. It’s trendy and the staff is nice and responsive. The pool and gym were usually (not always) clean. Here are my cons that ultimately led us to wanting to break our lease early, which we did. We had a 3 bedroom Apartment on the “first floor” we had to use the elevator to get to our apartment. The elevator was broken from august-the end of November. Going up stairs with groceries for this length of time was very inconvenient! Thankfully we were not on the 3rd or 4th floor! Came in at the last minute for a walk in tour and the staff was friendly and immediately accommodated me. I have been touring apartments for family members moving to Greenville in the next few months. With that being said, the leasing process was thoroughly explained and seems pretty simple and quick. The way the old mill was transformed into these gorgeous apartments is incredible. They did not forget about the people that would be living there and take up every inch for apartments. There are so many great amenities! This is an huge plus since fitness is important to them and they have a baby and a dog. The pricing is very reasonable for the location with everything to do in downtown Greenville. The Lofts at Woodside Mill has definitely taken the top spot for my recommendation.

Lucas gave me a wonderful tour, and we even came back up again to visit an extra unit. Nice place!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Bailey!! She was amazing and by far the best leasing agent I’ve had the pleasure of touring & leasing any new apartment with!!! The touring & leasing process was immediate and very simple. Any question, whether via phone or email was consistently responded to quickly. I adore Woodside mill and would absolutely recommend. It is clean, multiple amenities, - including an amazing on site restaurant (with incredible staff) - and an absolutely beautiful complex!! Caldwell Construction did a phenomenal job renovating this mill. They nurtured, while preserving the historic value, and modernized the facility as needed.Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and exceptionally helpful. I love living here! 😊
