The Lofts at Little Creek Apartments

I recently stayed at Lofts Hill Side 2, Apartment 130, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The apartment is well-maintained, spacious, and designed with a modern touch that makes it feel both comfortable and stylish. The living space gets good natural light, and the interiors are thoughtfully laid out, which made day-to-day living easy. The location on the hillside is one of the highlights — it offers a peaceful environment away from the city’s rush, yet still keeps you close enough to access shops, restaurants, and essential services. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, which added to my comfort during the stay. Clean, safe, beautiful. So many different floor plans to choose from! No need for a gym membership you have one there. Pool? They got you. Pets? No problem. Close to everything. I love my view from my patio.

DO NOT MOVE HERE I have stayed here for 2 years and put up with this nonsense. The first unit I stayed in had mold ,maintenance came and all they did was spray it with some stuff and said it was alright. Now I have bad allergies and constant congestion from living in there with mold for god knows how long. Also they never came to check the air filters so when they came the whole thing was black and claim it was due to us smoking which is not true because I don’t smoke. Also they have roaches I have killed idk how many living there and also found 2 dead roaches in the vents.

I can’t say enough good things about living here! From the moment I moved in, over 5 years ago, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are always friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to help with a smile. The location is another huge plus—it’s close to everything I need, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, yet it still feels peaceful and private when I’m home. The amenities are truly what make this community stand out. The pool is always clean and perfect for relaxing on sunny days, the gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a good workout, and the billiard room and media room are great for unwinding or

Beware of this complex because it's a true scam. Management is not on the same page. One told us one thing while the other told us something entirely different regarding our lease renewal and move out procedure. Even after being stellar tenants and overly communicative, limited grace was provided to us and only after we asked for it although the miscommunication occurred on their end. They will nickel and dime you for everything.
