The Lofts at Gateway Commons

The lofts are not just an apartment but a community. From the moment you move in, the office employees treat you like family with nothing but respect. The property is extremely well maintained and they do an excellent job of ensuring this feels like home. I was always impressed with the courtesy of residents and never had an issue with noise and the apartments are well insulated for noise which was ideal when sharing walls. The apartments themselves are very well designed, plenty of kitchen space and one thing I loved about the apartments was the lighting both natural light and more than adequate lighting throughout the place whereas most apartments aren’t that way. I would highly recommend renting from the Lofts as they go above and beyond.

I can’t say enough about this property! The office ladies have been top notch from the beginning. The property is gorgeous and very well kept. I’ve always felt safe here with the consistent patrol and having MPD and Rutherford Sheriff Deputy on site. The amenities are everything you would want, from the dog park and pet spa, fully equipped gym, pool table, fire pits, outdoor kitchen with many grills and an amazing pool. I see this as being Murfreesboro’s BEST!

The Proerty manager Cara and Olivia are very nice and sweet My and Anthony can't wait till move in and be part of The Lofts to call our home they work with you very nice down earth people if you looking for a good Proerty managers and leasing manager Olivia and Cara are the best people recommend them .

Decent place so far, 6 months in. Like other reviews, the dog barking is very annoying. There are not many noisy neighbors, cars, etc. I’ll likely continue to stay here. Staff are wonderful.

The staff here are so lovely so this review does not represent them. The dog barking at this property is insane, even inside of your apartment. The noise radiates through the AC vents when you are trying to relax at all hours of the day (specifically building 1). After months of this issue with no real improvement we are buying out of our lease. The staff does what they can, but the dog owners just can’t get it under control.
