The Local Apartments

Just moved in today and everything was smooth from start to finish thanks to Ms. Miesha. She was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made what could’ve been a stressful move feel easy and organized. You can tell she genuinely cares about her residents. I truly appreciate her professionalism and support, she made a big difference in my move-in experience.

When I first moved in I had a few issues, but the apartments are under new management (Miesha ) and I’m enjoying every moment of living in this community. The rent is affordable and the space is modern and gorgeous. Maintenance responds in a timely manner with tickets. I have no complaints.

Ms. McGraw was very professional from the beginning to the end of us getting our apartment. She was very attentive and 100% helpful through the process, answering our questions with no hesitation and in a polite manner. I’ll definitely recommend some of my friends and family to move here.

Nothing special about these apartments. Overpriced. Needs to be paved. Not handicap friendly. The upgrades are cheap but they overcharge you for them. Can't enjoy outside with your kids. Holidays they shoot like crazy. You can't have a BBQ grill. Water pressure is the lowest out of any apartment I've ever had. Mailbox area kinda floods and gets muddy when it rains. Only two trash cans in the back that gets over filled at times with trash all outside of it. You pay extra for trash valet for no reason at all. Tub sounds like it's gonna fall through the floor every time you use it. Overall it's really not worth how much your paying every month especially with all the extra fees added.
