The Links at High Resort

I just moved into an apartment at the Links at High Resort and I just wanted to say that the communication and response from staff here is exceptional. I worked with Isabelle T. with leasing and she answered all of my questions and maintained communication with me even before I arrived. The community is nice and quiet and the grounds are spectacular, as well.

I have been here for a few years and the community has been amazing! I bought a house and they made the process very smooth for me to leave. I go directly in the office for communication & they been great about addressing my needs or my concerns. I appreciate Connie & Lionel they both have really became like family. I loved our neighbors as well! It was a heartfelt “goodbye and/or see you later “ . with everyone. Every place has its ups and downs. Even if I felt like I was a complainer about things they handled it gracefully and professionally. I will miss the links!

I really loved living here. Maintenance had good communication and was fast, plus the apartment was in really good condition. I appreciate the staff here a LOT, I had to move out due to a bad roommate situation and Connie has been so helpful and kind during that process. The only cons are their phone lines do not go through but they are super fast and responsive through email so it is okay, and the emergency line does go through fast. Parking was a bit of a challenge during certain times of the year but it corrected itself. If I could have stayed I absolutely would have. :)

Love the management team @ the links! Can't say enough about them! Such an outstanding group! Connie & Lionel always so helpful and accommodating! The Maintenance group is just as awesome (Thomas & Israel). I love the area and lived there a total of 3 years. My biggest complaint would be my upstairs neighbor. He was a gamer and stayed up all night yelling by the open window at night. He also had no regard that I slept at night I slept with earbuds in at night and would still hear... Him constantly slamming the window shut while I was in a deep sleep waking me up nightly! If it wasn't the window it was his recliner slamming down. He then moved another person in the one bedroom with 2 kids and they allowed the kids to play basketball at night while they around stomped around all night like

The management team was always super nice and willing to answer any questions I had. In particular, Connie was very sweet and a pleasure to work with. The apartments themselves are quite spacious and the kitchen had plenty of cabinets and counter space. The location of these apartments is also great. It is in a safe neighborhood and has both a Target and Albertsons nearby, as well as a variety of different restaurants. I genuinely enjoyed my time living at the Links and would recommend it to anyone.
