Casa De Encantada Apartments

My dad and I had a tour scheduled @1:30 and had everything confirmed up to an hour before. Once we got here there was no one in the leasing office. Every number that was given was not working. We waited 30 minutes and still nobody was around. My dad is on oxygen and it's not easy to get him out. The lack of communication and no respect for our time is unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone booking a tour here.

This is a very nice complex for anyone who is ready to Retire or Disabled. This place also caters to the handicap with plenty of parking space and every door that enters the building has a security system that helps me have peace of mind There's a workout facility with a summertime swimming pool. if you're tired of mowing the yard or clean up after your dog they have dog station on every corner of the building. The maintenance staff keeps up with making this place a very clean complex. It's quite easy going atmosphere here is very enjoyable, especially when you need to report something that aren't working properly in your home Management is always happy to help.

My experience at Casa De Encantada so far has been very positive. The staff have been very attentive to my requests, courteous and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending these apartments to anyone considering renting. With me living on the fourth floor the elevator is essential and very convenient. I am looking forward to trying out the gym, and later, when the weather heats up, the pool. Lots of amenities close by including shopping, church, health care, post office etc. I think I’ll be very happy here and I think you would be too. Clyde Skelly

I think now that it’s gotten the new management everything is getting back to normal to the way it’s supposed to be the girls in the office are great. They worked really hard to organize the stuff that needed to be organized. The only thing I would say is allowing the tenants to Have arts and craft nights in their buildings in their lobby because some of them need to make a little extra money they could designate one tenant in charge. They don’t have to do anything. It just has to do with people making extra money to be able to pay their bills. The office would not have to oversee anything, but it would help the Tenants.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance had gotten done the same day. The apartments are nice cozy. Neighbors are friendly. Overall a wonderful experience and I am excited to finally get settled into my apartment.
