With the care and assistance by Toni Roe, Senior Property Manager, this was the easiest move I've ever made, The apartment was spotless with blinds that look new and a beautiful screened-in terrace. I've met many of my neighbors already (just moved two days ago) and everyone I've encountered has been extremely friendly. The grounds are immaculate and well-groomed. Thank you, Toni, for helping me find my new home!

Actually, You evicted my DAUGHTER for nonpayment of late fees that she didn’t even know existed. I seen the pay portal it didn’t say she owed anything. So back to my review, So the manager will try to evict you for late fees but will have plenty of conversations with you about other things, but never say anything about the fees. They don’t show up on the pay portal so you have no way of knowing what they are. It’s not a good place to rent from.

DO NOT RENT HERE! This place is disgusting, the owners are cheap, and the apartment is overpriced. The building is so old and under repair constantly. I called to have the door to the laundry room fixed because even if you had the right key, you need to fiddle with it for 5 minutes to get the door open. I reported this to the office and was told the door had always been like this and to just deal with it!

Nice apartment with decent renovations. Management is responsive and friendly. Would be significantly better if there were better washer/dryer options other than the one set in the basement for all 16 units.

The property manager (Toni) is RACIST! Do not rent from them they don’t fix anything and will get you in there then claim you owe money when you don’t! Then take you to court and say she told and never did
