The Legends Apartments

In my short time living here, I can easily see why people stay at Legends Apartments long-term. Sue, Karesa, and team are all friendly and punctual, making sure residents’ needs are met in a timely manner. Sue has fixed every issue I’ve thrown at her with a smile on her face. Karesa has been a wonderful contact and provided a memorable first impression during our property tour. We toured several properties when looking in the Louisville area. What set this tour apart was the staff. The apartment is great, but the property staff makes this a fantastic place to be. I’m thankful for the team’s friendliness and dedication to their residents.

We love living here. Karesa and her team do a wonderful job and we genuinely feel valued and cared about. The maintenance manager Ms Sue ensures all requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you all for making this a great place to live!

I just moved in and honestly I LOVE this place, my apartment is beautiful the view I have is amazing it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff has been great to me from the first phone inquiry all the way down to the day I moved in! Kara specifically has helped me so so much she got me hooked up with a great renters insurance deal and walked me all the through the application process signing the lease all the information and documentation that I was going to need. I probably would have been clueless if Kara wouldn’t have been there to help me ! I absolutely love it here and I think my son does as well. Finding my first home couldn’t have gone any better.

Grace in the office made moving in, a breeze! We loved the easy process and we love our apartment. It's quiet here and the pets love the wide open spaces!

We have lived here for several years now. Our experiences only ever get better. Had an issue with our fridge earlier this week and Sue and Keven fixed it in no time. Wonderful people and do a great job!
