The Ledges Apartments

Apartments look nice. But maintenance doesn't fix anything, they are roach infested and at night time there are rats running around. I lived there for a year and the only decent person they had working there is no longer there. I moved 2 months ago and I can't even get a response back about my deposit. If I could do it all over again...i wouldn't.

I lived at The Ledges from 2012-2016 and enjoyed my time there. I stayed In F15 on 2nd floor and have to say that I never had any issues other than twice with my bathtub faucet and maintenance took care of it the same day it was reported. The office staff is very kind and the residence made me feel right at home. I always kept my apartment very clean and had no issues with any kind of bugs. I enjoyed living in the Ardmore area. It was very convenient being near downtown and Baptist hospital. I always enjoyed my evening walks to Baptist Hospital and back. I would recommend The Ledges to anyone looking for a Great home at a great price In the Ardmore area.

The office management has been wonderful, and maintenance is always timely and courteous . The area is mostly families, and I haven't had any issues with anybody. I only wish the play ground could be updated, but other than that a nice place to live.

Went to look at an apartment... I didn't even look because they didn't have any 1 bedrooms available but I wouldnt have looked anyways. It was disgusting. The office smelled like a barn. Just by driving around the complex, I saw how run down & dirty it was. This is not the kind of neighborhood you want to live in. Very unsafe.

Don't ever come here. The landlord only cares about getting your money. He tricked me and some friends and we had to paid over $200 more. I chose this place because it says it is cheap but have a ton of fees and grey areas in the contracts. Also, the neighborhood is terrible. Looks like I will be robbed at anytime. Choose wisely and don't live here.
