The Landings II Apartments

Just moved in. The staff have been incredibly welcoming and responsive to me and my pupsters, even during a management group change which is always disruptive. Praise, Devon, and Julio exemplify outstanding professionalism. They all deserve extra bonuses at Christmas. The complex is calm and quiet. I got lucky in the apartment selection lottery.

I just finished my paperwork with Mr .praise , he's the multisite leasing manager, the customer service provided was awesome, he did an excellent job at making the process easy and no stress. Mr praise was able to respond with great detail about All the questions I had. The line of communication was consistent throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the staff for doing an outstanding job of making a new member feel welcome. Thank you Mr praise, thank you Ms. Dawn thank you Mr Ali

I was in the process of moving cross country with a lot of moving parts, and a lot of uncertainty and the teams at the Landings 2 and Landings 1 were more than incredible. I primarily worked with Devon, however the entire team is kind, communicative, and on top of it. My application process was explained to me in detail and thoroughly by both Devon and Praise and they were both so understanding of my lack of knowledge. During the application process, you can really feel the care and the want for you to be here. I have now since moved and I am incredibly happy. There is no better apartment in this area, and no better management team. I cannot thank you all enough.

I moved here December 2024 and personally, Praise has been the most hopeful out of everyone. I don’t think I will be renewing my lease due to flooded dish washer, loud noise throughout the night, police/ambulance been here 3x since I’ve moved in, maintenance doesn’t call before coming into your apartment to fix whatever issue you have, people smoking on the stair cases, people banging on the door 2-3am to come in because the front is locked, the walls are very thin. It’s not worth it just because they maybe updated the appliances. It’s the neighborhood more than the actual management.

I had an AMAZING experience touring with Julio , I arrived late for my appointment but Julio was more than happy to help me out in answering all my questions and going over the floor plans that I really liked. A lot of other properties I toured should have someone like Julio who is understanding and knowledgeable unlike my previous experiences at other places.
