Belvoir Square

One of the more spacious luxury apartments in the area. When we were looking around at apartments, we found Belvoir Square to be more updated than others for almost the same price. They accepted my ESA paperwork for both my pets. No issues with maintenance crews, who do monthly HVAC filter changes. Front office staff are very friendly women and are always helpful when I have questions about my rent. They were also very helpful when they were redoing the storage spaces and ensured my locker was properly labeled and not touched. The hallways and common areas are always cleaned. The security is very helpful when I lock myself out of the building. The front office also hosts a lot of events for residents!

They deleted my previous review; these people are so untrustworthy. Don’t believe for a minute the good ratings as tenants get some type of compensation to write something positive. I advise you to read all the lowest ratings in google and other sites. Bottom line up front: These apartments are not worth the price and there are many better options locally around Fort Belvoir. Be very careful with this place. This management company are financial predators. They raise my rent by 11 percent annually. When I told them I was not going to renew my lease, they called two weeks before the move out and told me that I need to submit a written notice to vacate for 60 days, even though my lease was over, and that the approximate cleaning fee is $1,100 but it could be more. I am sure they do this to everyone. They will clean your bank account, this is how they maximize their profit. They are not nice people. They are manipulative.

Bottom line up front: These apartments are not worth the price and there are many better options locally around Fort Belvoir. If you're PCS'ing to the DC Metro / Fort Belvoir area, keep looking. Location: Bad, across the street from a homeless shelter (Eleanor U. Kennedy Shelter) with several (per the Virginia State Police) registered sex offenders listed. High crime area, per Fairfax County crime statistics. I love love love living at Belvoir Square! The staff is so attentive, passionate and so much more. There are so many luxurious activities, they have numerous community activities. They always provide grand ideas and activities beyond the building. They keep the building clean , classy and professional. They consistently come up with ways to better improve the community and residents stay at Belvoir Square. I love this place!
