The Lake Pointe Apartments

I stayed at this place for nearly 3 years. I left in March 2021 due to roaches, poor management, and maintenance. It was nice living there at first when Shante was in the office. She was strict people followed the rules and it was a comfortable environment and a good place to live. I didn't let my kids go outside much because other people kids and there behavioral problems.

Have lived here for over 2 years. It used to be a nice, quiet place until management was replaced. Now its a JOKE. Residents & their children think they can do whatever they want now with no consequences, management does not care nor evict when serious offenses happen.. OVER AND OVER. Police are in the complex at least every 2 weeks for the past few months. Management is part time, only available on site 2 days a week. And if its after hours or on weekends they don't want to be bothered.

Very quiet and peaceful place to live! Office manager is very nice and respectful couldn't have asked for a better place to call home for me and my kids!!!

The apartments have nice floor plan layouts, laundry on site that runs $1.25 to wash/dry, clean grounds with a sidewalk that encircles the community for bike riding/walking, 24hr gym, and a staff that is understanding and willing to work with you on any level. The wait to get in was very lengthy and I had to call constantly to check the status of where I was on the waiting list, which was the worst by far of my experience. After waiting 6-7months, I can say the wait was more than worth it. The community is extremely friendly and quiet where everyone looks out for one another. To anyone that is either looking for a place to stay or either on a wait to get in, I would definitely recommend these apartments. Whatever you have to do to wait out the waiting time to get in, sacrifice and do it. Y

Me and my mom were the first too move in 3 years ago , they were still under construction at the time . In the past 3 years we've had 3 managers. The neighborhood has went bad. It's not the same like how it used too be.
