The Julia Apartments

I’ve been living at The Julia for 6 months and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an apartment in Northeast Minneapolis. The units themselves are great - they are super sound proof (I haven’t had any issues hearing noise from neighbors), the large windows let in a ton of sunlight, and I’ve got a great view of Downtown / the Mississippi River. I’ve had a few minor maintenance requests and Troy has been on top of it immediately and is always friendly. Alyssa from the leasing office gave an outstanding tour and was incredibly helpful when I was deciding between a few different layouts. Overall it’s a great neighborhood to live in with easy access to bars and restaurants and whatever else you might need.

I don’t have enough GREAT things to say about this place!! The Julia graciously allowed me to use their rooftop to propose to my gf and the communication with staff was quick and readily accessible. This building is beautiful and the rooftop views are my favorite among anywhere in the state. A lot of great bars / restaurants nearby as well! Highly recommend the Julia!

I absolutely loved my experience getting to tour this facility. I am currently looking to move to Minneapolis and this being one of my first apartment tours I was blown away! Special shoutout to our tour guide Will, he was incredible and really created a friendly and welcoming environment. I look forward to potentially living here.

We absolutely love living at The Julia. The team is amazing. The community is well maintained and peaceful. Troy from the maintenance team is incredible. He’s always personable, patient, and takes care of any maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. Alex is also fantastic. He’s super responsive and always willing to help with anything that comes up. We really appreciate the recent updates, especially the new coffee machine. It’s a thoughtful touch that adds to the great amenities. There’s also plenty of space to work remotely, which has been a huge plus. Overall, we’re very happy to call The Julia home.

Have loved my time at the Julia and will be so sad to leave this place! Management is always super helpful and responsive to issues (very easy to get ahold of), maintenance people are super helpful, units are amazing, rooftop is such a nice place to hang out in the summer, and in such a good location! Truly can’t think of a bad thing to say about this apartment or the solhelm community! The only advice I would give (does not take away from the Julia or their management team) is be careful about where you park in the surrounding areas. My car was recently broken into doing street parking, so if you are able definitely get the indoor garage parking!
