The Iris at San Ysidrio

I have been calling this property since they have opened. And not once they have answered me. I even tried emailing them as well, and no response. What a way to frustrate someone. I've worked in this type of environment and not once have I put my clients in this position. So, yes! They deserve a bad review. :(

I gave them one star becuase they misled on there webiste. Very disappointed in this complex. Went in very happy because I found a place based off my income. Asked the manager if it based off income she told me ot only section 8 that pays. So disappointed. So whoever applied to this thinking it wad low income think again.

This is very sad I applied in September right when the process started I'm Luis Padilla Lulu the same day the application process started it is the end of December and left them a lot of messages and until now they haven't returned my call and not have considered my application for me and my mom I have been without a home since 2019 I really had hope for these apartments and was really interested in getting my apartment or getting considered I really need a home for me and my elderly mom I have my disability with my hands and let them know about that in my application it's just not fair if they are helping people like me in need of a home it's sad I really had hope but just don't know now if your going to help people like me or anyone else like me help them get a low income apartments and

contact them many times with no response or call back
