America is really professional, Whenever you need help, or have a question, she always provides a solution quickly; she is very kind and professional. And very helpful and important She is bilingual, and that helps a lot with communication for people when they don't understand something. Been living here for the past 2 years, property is always well maintained. America, the property manager, is always willing to help us with any inconvenience and does her hardest to make sure all tenants’ needs are accounted for.

Came to Mar at Cottonwood to look for an apartment the manager America was very helpful and explained everything perfectly and showed us the renovated apartment. The property was nice and cleaned. Will be one of my top choices to move in.

Great place to live in pool, laundries near by groceries you name it elementary school middle school high school for the kids everything you can think of I every enjoyed walking to the shopping center near by made it easy shopping when in the holidays.

God where do i start with this place. If you plan to move here, don't. The place is infested with cockroaches. We have fumigated at least five times in one year, and the roaches just came out more and more. They try to fumigate, but their idea of fumigating is just a paste on the door. On top of that, the rent just keeps getting higher and higher. It is definitely not worth your while nor money. The manager is really nice she tries to attend everyone. But the owners need to get it in their heads that its to expensive for a very infested place.
