The Incline Apartments and Studios

I would like to highlight The community manager, Brianna, And the leasing consultant Tayia! Excellent customer service! I’ve lived here for 4 1/2 years. And ever since Brianna has managed the property, Everything has got 100 times better. It’s like night and day honestly. Brand new parking lot, Brand new vending machine, Brand new washers and dryers! The maintenance is amazing too. They always take care of everything for me. This is the kind of management services that every apartment or Studios should have. They constantly have food trucks on Friday, And they have food in the community room. Sometimes I’ve seen root beer floats, and other community oriented functions that really make this a great place to live. Also, there’s a large dog park in the back, Which is very rare for apartments

Not even half way through my lease and I’m over it. I have been super respectful and even try to offer encouragement to the property management and maintenance but get no where. Over the phone discussions and clear cut emails, but with no solutions. I only get nice little explanations / reasons to why these problems exist. I’m done with my apartment smelling like meth/crack are being smoked or made twice a week by a surrounding unit. I’ve communicated this and as soon as I emphasized it wasn’t from my unit and that it had to be from someone near by, it was hands off and somehow not management’s problem and that freed them of any future efforts. I’ve been chased out a few times now by this smell and have been also forced to wear a face mask or face cloth if I’m home. I’m wearing a face clot

The Incline is a decent, safe place to live as a single lower income individual! I just moved here by myself from another state, and as this was my first time in non-college town housing, I had a ton of questions - Brianna was so patient with me. My biggest appreciation here is how safe I feel in such an affordable living space. When you need cheaper rental housing, you have to trade in some losses, like the build quality of the apartment itself and cleanliness after prior residents. I was a bit frustrated to find out the studio was a bit different than the virtual tour, losing a lot of built-in storage space I thought I'd be able to work with, but again, with as affordable as living here is, I'd much rather deal with this difficulty than worry about my car getting broken into or shady peo

I currently live at The Incline Apartments and Studios and I’ve really enjoyed being here. The community stays clean and quiet, and it’s just a comfortable place to come home to every day. One thing I really appreciate is how fast maintenance responds to requests — anytime I’ve needed something, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The amenities are a big plus too, especially the lounge with computers, the gym with great equipment, and the clean indoor pool. Overall, it’s been a great place to live and I’m happy to call it home.

I love living here, i like how quick the staff is quick with things like maintenance requests. Staff is also very friendly everytime i have questions. They throw little events that keep the community together, and i like the big windows, it's nice for plant moms :)
