The Hudson at Cane Bay

I had an amazing experience with The Hudson at Cane Bay! Jonathan was incredibly accommodating, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail throughout the touring process and made sure all of my questions were answered. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and had a great community feel. Overall, the experience was smooth and welcoming — I truly appreciated Jonathan’s professionalism and the warm hospitality from the entire team. I highly recommend requesting him for a tour! :)

I moved into The Hudson at Cane Bay a few weeks ago, and my experience has been excellent. The management team was very kind and professional throughout the process, and the maintenance staff has been attentive and friendly. As someone with experience and knowledge in the cleaning industry, I truly noticed and appreciated the great condition of the apartment upon move-in. The blinds, bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms were all spotless and well detailed a sign of genuine care and high standards. I’m very happy I chose this community as my new home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well maintained, and welcoming place to live.

Living at Hudson at Cane Bay Apartments has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. As a military family, we expected at least a basic level of professionalism and maintenance—but this place failed us over and over again. From day one, we were met with rude, dismissive office staff. Any time I asked to speak to upper management about the constant issues we were facing, I was flat-out denied. There was no accountability, no urgency, and definitely no concern for residents’ well-being. Maintenance was a disaster. Our dryer didn’t work for months—literally halfway into our lease—and during that time, it damaged our clothing to the point we had to throw some of it away. Jonathan has been amazing from our initial leasing and now for our renewal. he was so helpful and professional! the community is quiet and maintenance has always been prompt!

I recently moved to the Summerville area and Hudson at Cane Bay has new apartments with the modern look and larger rooms which I love having moved from midtown Atlanta. I think the saltwater pool is fantastic ( has a great little area for kids pictured) and the gym is clean with new machines and a separate yoga room. I haven't been here long but so far the staff is nice and attentive, the neighborhood is clean and it's nice and quiet here!
