The Highlands at Westwood

We truly loved living at the Highlands in Westwood. Our two bedroom apartment was spacious and the veranda overlooked the pool. It was a beautiful view. The staff is wonderful, maintenance was always handled quickly and with a smile. The amenities are second to none and the landscaping is impeccable. The common areas were all recently updated including the doors to each building, paint and carpeting. We will miss being a part of this beautiful community where you can tell the owners care. Our neighbors were also wonderful! Thank you for everything!

I have been living in the highlands for 3 weeks since moving from my home and neighborhood of 30 years. I needed a safe comfortable community for myself and my dog. I searched the Pascack Valley area for long time to find the right fit .The very first moment I met Lisa she assured me I found it ! Lisa showed me the property and all it has to offer, she answered every question and was very patient with me since apartment living was new to me. Angie welcomed me and made me feel at home also helping me with my many questions and keeping me up to date with all the happenings here at the Highlands The property is beautiful and well maintained. There are many social gatherings which makes you feel like you are in a neighborhood. I never have a problem with parking and I love the amenities.

Updated and immaculate units — quiet and peaceful. Each resident has their own balcony that feels like a private oasis. Neighbors are all friendly and kind. Management goes above and beyond— Angela Papa in particular deserves every award and recognition possible as the best property manager around. She genuinely cares about each and every resident, and she works tirelessly to ensure that everyone truly feels at home here. The maintenance team is also fantastic and prompt! The grounds are kept in pristine condition and the amenities are fantastic — heated pool with cabanas, clean gym, spacious clubroom, fun bbq area and great dog-run. Location is close to everything. I can’t say enough good things about Highlands of Westwood!

We have been at the Highlands for almost 5 years and we love it here! Starting with the Management Team headed by Angie, everything is run smoothly. If we call Angie for anything it is handled professionally and always with a smile! She is very competent in her position. The maintenance team answers quickly and they take care of problems as quickly as possible.

The Highlands is a absolute great place to live. I lived there for 5 years with my husband and daughter and we loved it. Everyone is very friendly especially the managers and maintenance staff who always went above and beyond. They were always ready to help and responded immediately. The grounds were kept beautiful and the units were always kept clean. The Amenities were always so nice to have and enjoy. I can not say enough of great things about the Highlands.
