We had the absolute pleasure of working with Perry Homes and their incredible team, specifically Tyler, for a recent real estate agent branding shoot, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Their staff was professional, welcoming, and accommodating, ensuring everything ran smoothly while respecting the integrity of the home. The model home itself was stunning — beautifully designed, light-filled, and impeccably styled — making it the perfect backdrop for elevated, polished branding images. We are so grateful to Perry Homes for their generosity in allowing us to use such a gorgeous space. Their attention to detail truly reflects the quality and care they put into every home they build. Highly recommend working with this team — professionalism and excellence all around.

This is beyond a beautiful community. The homes are amazing and it’s close to an up and coming area. I would highly recommend starting a family, bringing your family or retirement in this peaceful neighborhood. The community here really feels like family. The only negative this far is the community didn’t build enough mailboxes so the new build homers from February on will not have a mailbox and will have to receive their mail from the post office.

All new Weekley homes feature 2 x 6 framing which allows for additional insulation; bringing the exterior walls up to the R20 range compared to R13 in homes with 2 x 4 exterior walls. The price point is not escalated to offset superior energy efficiency. Why wouldn’t you consider a David Weekley home?
