I absolutely love living here! The community is always clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The office staff is amazing — they’re friendly, professional, and truly care about residents. Maintenance is quick and efficient whenever anything is needed. It feels safe, welcoming, and comfortable, which makes such a difference. I’m so happy I chose this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community!

Tracy is one of the best managers I have had the privilege of knowing. She strives to do her best and goes above and beyond for her residents. Joey is an exceptional Maintenance supervisor that will go the extra mile to ensure that his residents are satisfied with service calls & shows a sense of pride with maintaining the property clean. This team is definitely the right one to have and I know they will do amazing things at Preserve at Woodridge.

This property is very neat, with beautiful landscapes that make it peaceful and feels like home. The property manager, Tracy, was professional, welcoming, attentive and clearly dedicated to maintaining the property at a high standard. Exactly what I'm in the market for. Her attention to detail really stood out during the visit.

Plz don’t rent here Tracy first off she emails another tenant regarding a referral stating this was a late referral but on 12/9 I personally went up to leasing office and asked Tracy how does the referral go she stated resident must exhaust all credits then also emailed Tracy on 1/27 asking about the referral then she waits until 2/9 to finally look into it Then she takes it apon her self to email my personal information regarding rent etc to the other tenant which is very unprofessional. Then on top of that your going loose power your going loose your WiFi service if your wfh this not a good place to live i This place has a pest problem Tracy told me I Will have to pay for a roach clean out . Even tho you pay for pest control You pay 165.00 for a camera that only works during the day and

Do not move here. The old management were fine now there’s new management and they don’t spray for pest and they do not return calls. They’re never in the office. I moved out almost 2 months ago. I have yet to receive my deposit back. I spoke to three people one including the manager everyone’s supposed to call me back. No one will call me back. I left voicemails.They will not return my calls or answer me about my money. And I know that’s against the law. I’m going to contact an attorney if they don’t get my money to me.
