The Hendrix Apartments

If I could post 0 stars for a review I would. My mother lives here and she has constant problems with the people that own this apartment. They never fix anything they promise too. They delete work orders when you submit one to have something fixed. Slum lords and janky maintenance people. Water damage basically throughout the entire building. Took them weeks to fix a caved in floor in an apartment. Mold throughout the apartments due to water damage and not fixing it. Offers a place for your dogs to use the bathroom but they do not spray the yard for bugs, so dogs are constantly getting bit up. DO NOT live at these apartments. Numerous tenants want out of their lease at the apartments and I heard some are about to start a petition for the owners to get charged. Just an FYI

At first I had high hopes when they did the remodel but what a joke! Water damage that has gone unfixed is only getting worse. The ceiling and walls are full of mold and could come down at anytime. Do you think management cares? Sure don’t! Long as they get their rents that’s all that matters. Slum lords at its finest.

Landlord is useless. Only thing they care about is rent being paid on time. Rat infestation, and very slow on repairs .. if they even repair. Customer service is a 5/10 and there is no leasing office. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone.

The people have been very friendly and knowledgeable and worked with us very well.
