Everything went by smoothly since the day we looked at the apartment. K'voscia was super helpful and responded professionally to any email I sent, and I sent a lot of them. It's been really hard to find somewhere dog friendly and yash management has been amazing to us so far. Everything we needed to get to move in was super straight forward and easily accessible. We're already planning to possibly renewing our lease when the time comes!

Amazing staff and location. I stayed in an apartment in the Peterson Paper Co. Loft. Truly one of the best apartments I have ever been in. The architecture and style is very chic and modern. Location was perfect, not too close or too far from downtown davenport and the Arsenal. Management made the moving in/out super easy and putting in a work order was quick and easy. They always ensured tenants knew what was going on within the area and continue to improve the sight based off of tenants concerns.

Overall my moving process experience within the same/shared property was very satisfactory. I think that it could’ve been a slightly better. I mean this is just on my side because I forgot to get the storage unit keys. I mean if I had that extra available that would’ve been even better, again on my side for forgetting to ask. One more thing maybe running an inspection before getting into your new apartment could be good with the property manager because I had a slight issue that I mean it’s really nobody’s fault but my shower door wasn’t working. It wouldn’t close correctly so I’ll have to do a maintenance request still I can use it but it’s one of those details that I guess that you don’t see it until you start living there actually but everything else went great. I’m very satisfied with
