Patti Fuentes is bad manager, she wants to dictate how she want you to live, praise her and discreetly discriminate because you don't praise her. She tell her workers not to talk to the tenants or they will lose their jobs, she tell you what you can't put in your apartment, she let certain people move family in that's not on the lease, then there's OTHER'S she tell no you people are suppose to be here because this is senior living, it's called FAMILY. SHE REFUSE TO TALK TO YOU WHEN YOU LET HER KNOW THAT YOU PAY AND SHE DOES NO.

It's a nice clean house. Recently remodeled. Nice and modern feeling. Priced pretty fair too. I would choose this place if visiting Tampa, over a hotel motel or otherwise, any day and any time. It's conveniently located to everything you want to do too.
