The Heights

I have lived here for about two years, comfortable and without any issues. Front desk is super sweet, maintenance is professional and responds very quickly. Property always seems to be improving. Only moving so my children have a yard and an attached garage. Would recommend these apartments.

My first apartment, and it’s been nothing but good :) Maintenance is always professional and friendly. They’ve even come on the same day. Guenevere is also so kind and helpful through everything! For parking it’s usually easy to find free spots, unless i get home pretty late. I’d definitely suggest to friends or others and i can’t wait to stay here another year :)

This is the first place that I’ve lived in by myself in over a decade+ and it couldn’t be more perfect for me. There is a washer & dryer in my home, and great floors, with lots of space and a fabulous maintenance team, anytime I have needed something fixed, it was literally done that same day. I would also like to say that Guinevere who is the office manager/leasing extraordinaire…has made what was a difficult time in my life last year turn into an amazing adventure, she’s always positive, always helpful, creative, productive and efficient. If you need help with something, she goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need. I’ve been here almost a year in March and I recommend it for anyone looking to get a place on their own. I lived at The Heights for almost 6 years. The property was always kept clean, security came through the parking lot at night, and maintenance responded to requests quickly. I only moved due to a new job - otherwise I would have probably stayed there forever! The new manager Guenevere is an absolute sweetheart; she’s kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. She made the move-out process so easy and stress-free!!

i’ve lived at the heights for a little over a year now and have had a great experience especially. maintenance is very quick to address any service request i put in. for the most part i can always get a free parking space in front of my building and the covered spots are fairly priced. my unit is spacious and the community grounds are well kept and aesthetically pleasing. both the gym and pool are maintained well. the location is very convenient to be near both downtown puyallup and south hill. very much recommend!
