I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to our maintenance manager! Every time I’ve put in a work order, he’s handled it quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. It honestly makes this community an amazing place to live. His responsiveness and attention to detail truly make all the difference. I also have to mention our property manager. She is always so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Any time I have a question or need help, she’s right there with a smile and a solution. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and keeps the community running beautifully. With a team like this, it’s easy to see why people want to live here. They both deserve all the appreciation for making this place feel like home!

I absolutely love everything about Peak at Sunrise. Sarah and Kyle have made my move absolutely seamless and stress free. They truly care so much about their residents.

I have had such a positive experience at Peak! Sarah and Kyle treat everyone with respect and kindness and are always available to answer questions. They both provide a level of professionalism that is difficult to find at most complexes. I highly recommend Peak!

Sarah B was so incredibly kind. She was patient, very funny, and professional. Apartment shopping with her felt like being welcome into a friend’s home. I was looking for very specifics, she provided all the information clearly, allowed me to see exactly what I was looking for. As well as went above and beyond my expectations making the process so seamless. I’m very excitably waiting to get my spot with those high ceilings!

If I could leave zero stars I would. They’re not helpful (sarah) and refuse sending our deposit back it’s been 6-7 weeks since we chose a different place to live, Sarah “manager” is no help at all ignores our calls and emails about it. It’s such a scam there always tells us one thing and gives a run around, If she doesn’t answer maintenance does and says she will call back but it has been 6 weeks and nothing. She’s a lair and not helpful at all. I would choose another apartment/town homes near by and much nicer. I DON’T WANT A RESPONSE ON HERE I WANT OUR MONEY BACK!
