The Grove at Waterford Crossing

I lived here for about 3 years and do not have any negatives. The community is safe and the people have all been friendly in my experience. The office & maintenance staff are attentive and any requests made were taken care of in a timely manner. It’s also a very dog friendly complex. The dog park could be a bit bigger but there are plenty of places to walk and other dog parks nearby. The landscaping is great and makes it feel like you are walking through a nice neighborhood. The apartments can be a little dated, but overall, I enjoyed living here and would considering renting here again if I ever come back to TN.

We've only been here for less than 3 months, but so far, from day 1, we are totally happy and appreciate the dedicated staff from office maintenance. I'm confident The Grove deserves 5 stars; I'll review again later, maybe at renewal. Thanks to all who have made our decision to move here a positive one. Bill H.

The Grove at Waterford crossing is the Best Apartment complex in Sumner county. My Family and I just love it here. I have lived in Hendersonville for over 35 years and I can’t say enough about the Management staff Abby and Shauna who made the transition a great experience and the Maintenance crew and neighbors are the absolute Best!! If you are looking for peace and luxury at its finest in apartment living. The Grove at Waterford crossing is the place to come!!

Do not move here. They will sell a completely different reality during the tour. You get to see the model unit which is obviously in perfect condition. But the unit you will end up in will be run down. Banged up cabinets, bedroom doors taped together, weather striping missing and outlets with no covers, trim missing and other issues. Plus the units are not cleaned properly, so you will spend most of your first day cleaning. Maintenance request can take days to be filled and you will be lucky if they actually fix your issue or just half do it. Also spiders inside the unit!! Even after pest control sprays you will see multiple spiders every single day. Do yourself a favor and do not get yourself into a lease with these people.

I was able to visit friends and family who live @ The Grove. Not only is the property clean and full of amenities-- it feels SAFE. I felt a sense of home because of all the trees and the overall aesthetic of the property. It doesn't feel sterile like a lot of apartment complexes. While staying there, I briefly interacted with office staff who were personable but also professional. The unit itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed for both single individuals and small families. I really appreciated the large bedrooms and bathrooms! You definitely get your money's worth. In a place like Nashville where apartments are being thrown up left and right, I would happily make the commute from Hendersonville for a place like this.
