The Greens at Wyoming

We live in a beautiful new construction 3 level townhome that has become our dream Home! The builders did a wonderful job constructing the houses and townhomes located at The Greens of Wyoming. Overall we love this quaint rural small hometown!

It use to be a nice neighborhood. But, too many homes have been built with no parking. Also, the HOA is too high with no incentives or amenities.

Great place to live. Houses were built terrible heat doesn't work downstairs upstairs is always hot downstairs is always cold house has popped Nails everywhere and cracks they did a lousy job building the houses would not recommend. The street has potholes still not paved after 7 years they still have not paved the road.

I agree, there are nice homes in this development but the townhouses are definitely looking unkept. Alot of green ugly mold growing on them. You would think if there is HOA fees, that the homeowners would be in default of the obvious lack of care that would be required of them. I am currently looking to purchase in the surrounding area. This is certainly a turn off.

Beautiful homes, well built and a nice neighborhood! Can’t wait for the streets to get paved around May.
