Ryan Homes refuses warranty repairs of work done incorrectly or defect. Ethernet in walls not installed properly and sent electrician originally to fix and left hole in my wall without repairing anything. Now refusing to fix it. Sink cracked and refusing warranty.
This neighborhood is an extension of an already existing neighborhood and the people who are living there are great and diverse. Ryan homes' team has been excellent. We have been working with one of the sales lead, Amy, and she is pretty professional so far. She is knowledgeable and quick in answering any questions that you may have. We are so excited for our new home, hopefully the quality will be good like other Ryan homes.
