What’s the point of having office hours when you guys never answer the phone I’ve called nun stop for two days and no one answered the phone not even a call back Jesus

Wish I could give it less than 1 star. I've been living here for almost 10 years. It used to be a nice, clean and quiet place to live. But since the current owners have been the property owners, it's been the worst living conditions. No rent office or property manager on the property. And they only communicate via text message or email. They don't care about the residents or property. All they care about is you paying your rent on time. The maintenance men aren't certified and are horrible random handymen that don't know what they're doing. It takes them forever to fix anything right or in a timely manner, if they even show up at all. You can always count on trash outside of the dumpster, loud music and unsupervised children playing in the parking lot. I highly recommend not moving here u

Looking for a new place. I thought this could be the spot but I prefer a quiet area. Came by to view the atmosphere and saw mattresses by the dumpster, unsupervised kids in the parking lot and loud music playing outside. The pictures on line look nice but I don't think so.

I review the pictures of the inside of the apartment and what I've noticed is patchwork and nasty floors. Y'all really need to update your pictures and fix the inside of your apartment if you want somebody to rent.

Really nice place the only problem is you have to watch out for children in the room😥
