Sidney is the best maintenance tech I’ve ever had hands down!🙌🏽 He’s extremely efficient and thorough. I’ve never lived in an apartment complex where you can put a maintenance request in and they’re calling and coming within the hour! So appreciative for our maintenance team!

Left and never looked back! Been having bad mold on all of my vents for a long time now and it’s been affecting my health. We pay for pest fees every month and i have never seen a single person come out and spray anything outside. It is so bad outside by the hallways and stairs. There’s ants everywhere, rotten food on the floors, dead bugs and spider webs everywhere. It is disgusting outside and smells like weed the second u step out there. Neighbors have no respect for each other and will have music blasting so loud in there car at 2 in the morning for hours while everyone is trying to sleep. Save yourself the headache. Do not move here ! Spend the extra $500+ a month and move somewhere cleaner and quieter . And the apartment gates are broken at least 5 times a month. No security at all .

Kind of hard to review the actual apartments but the customer service is zero. I had an appointment to tour the apartment at 9 am. I was early and I still waited ten extra minutes and then left to go to the store and came back at about 20 after. The sign was switched to open but the door was still locked and after knocking still no response. They obviously didn't feel like working today.

Sad, manager is extra sassy and was upset with me b/c I was upset that my apartment hadn’t even been checked before my move in! Rotted window seal, yellow blinds, dirty fridge and stove, crooked cabinet doors, garage inoperable from day one up to about 4/5 months into the lease. And just within my 1 year my bathroom, bedrooms and hallways have had leaking issues from upstairs twice. They painted over the water stains!! I can’t make this up! Too expensive to be patching over things.. 0/10 DO NOT Recommend!!
