The Fitzgerald Channelside

This is the best complex and staff in the Tampa area. Best living experience is an understatement. I’ve been here since 2017 (9 years) and can’t say enough positive things about this place of living. Great amenities and pool/grill area. Move here! You won’t regret it.

I have lived here for over a year and a half. I have to tell you it’s been just a dream. The Fitzgerald being conveniently located to all places I have had the opportunity to venture out in the local area. The scene in Tampa is only growing especially in Ybor, Water St, Hyde Park…etc. It’s pretty exciting to know that I’ll be apart of it in some small way. And The Fitzgerald is the perfect home to give me the freedom to explore a new city. I have loved every minute of it!! Thanks!

We have lived at The Fitzgerald for approx 1 mth now. Hisham made our move-in seamless, from orientation, to recommending movers, to the moving in process. All members of the team are hospitable and we received a thoughtful welcome gift gesture on arrival. During the first 2wks our refrigerator was not cooling/freezing effectively, maintenance was notified and promptly addressed the issue by providing us with a replacement refrigerator which works. Our apartment is clean and well maintained, and this is also reflected within the building premises The apartments are very quiet and the residents are mindful. The parking garage has a secure electronic gate that works well. We have lived in many apartment buildings around the globe and within the USA and are currently happy to call The Fitzger

I've had a wonderful experience dealing with Hisham. I had contacted several apartments around Tampa and had some really painful conversations, until I called up Hisham. I couldn't be more helpful and I can't wait to finally move in next month!!

I’m not the type who usually writes reviews, but as I was apartment searching in SC due to work, I wanted to know how seriously I should take the negative reviews which leads me to this. The Fitz is honestly the best apartment I’ve lived in and I will miss it so dearly. The management takes everything seriously, and have gone over and beyond for me multiple times to make my life easier. The residents are friendly and you really get a sense of community here. With that being said, there’s always those few individuals who will complain about anything you could possibly complain about, and those people are unfortunately unavoidable everywhere. But I envy those of you who continue to live there, and hope future residents have as an amazing experience as I did.
