The Farms at Mill Run

This place is where I call home. The Farms on Mill Run is an excellent place to call home. I moved in last April and it’s been nothing but nice, quiet, and peaceful here. Our maintenance team has done an excellent job on the landscaping and an excellent job on our buildings. If I ever have a problem and which I haven’t had the first one, I know that I can’t count on our manager (Chelsey Powell) to take care of it!!! She is a wonderful manager. This place is truly the best!!! I love to come home from work and relax in my cozy and comfortable apartment each day. Thank you guys for all that you do for us. Rebecca Burton

I had scheduled a tour of these apartments at the first available time, a Sunday at 9am. I received a confirmation text the morning of and I confirmed. I got there 5 minutes early and waited. The office was locked, I thought maybe they are at the unit listed in the text. They weren’t anywhere. I left at 9:35, and have not heard back from anyone. While I was waiting I looked around and saw the way things are kept. See photos

Pet friendly! Very quiet and cozy apartments! Amazing prices, and affordable deposit! Not to mention everything is up to date and renovated! Yes it has central AC, but it isn't bad at all! Not to mention the staff is so responsive and supportive!! Ms. Powell is amazing!!!!!

Farms at Mill Run is a great apartment complex ! price is good, it’s quite with friendly neighbours. Ever since the new management company came, the complex has been getting cleaned up & renovated.

I've had outstanding maintenance requests going back months. I inquired who we can reach out to since now evidently no one works here and was told they do
